By submitting for jurying, artists whose submissions are chosen for the exhibition grant SAC’s and the Montgomery Photo Festival the right to use their images for the purpose of promoting the artist, promoting exhibitions, and subsequent display on SAC’s and the Montgomery Photo Festival websites of current and past exhibitions. Further, the artist represents that he or she created the image and has the right to make this grant of use.
