Call For Entries by the London Art Biennale 2025
The London Art Biennale 2025 is inviting artists worldwide to participate in this distinguished celebration of contemporary art. Taking place from 16th to 20th July 2025 at the historic Chelsea Old Town Hall, the Biennale offers a wonderful platform for artists to present their work to an international audience of curators, collectors, critics, and art enthusiasts. This prestigious art event is dedicated to showcasing artistic excellence, with works selected solely on the basis of their creativity, quality, and originality.
The Biennale prides itself on a rigorous and meritocratic selection process, ensuring that every piece included in the exhibition reflects the highest standards of contemporary art. Submissions are welcomed from artists at all career stages, across a wide range of mediums including painting, sculpture, photography, digital art, and installations. With no thematic or geographical restrictions, the Biennale celebrates diversity and innovation, offering a truly global perspective on the arts.
Participating artists benefit from comprehensive support to ensure their works are presented to the highest professional standards. To help reduce transportation costs for participating artists, the Biennale offers free canvas stretching up to 150x150cm and other subsidised services allowing for artworks to be shipped rolled, providing a cost-effective option for international participants. All selected works will be included in the London Art Biennale 2025 Official Hardback Catalogue, offering lasting visibility and recognition for the artists and their creations.
The Biennale also features a series of prestigious awards totalling £13,000, recognising outstanding contributions in categories such as Painting, Sculpture, Works on Paper, and Digital Art/Video. In addition, participating artists gain the opportunity to engage with a global art community, connect with collectors and curators, and be part of a celebration of contemporary creativity that bridges cultures and ideas.
Artists from all nationalities are invited to submit their work for consideration. Each submission will be evaluated individually, with no regard to career achievements or reputation, ensuring the Biennale remains an inclusive platform focused on artistic merit.
