This is the 3rd annual Georgetown Art & Wine Walk. Last year's event drew over 3600 visitors from around the Carolinas.
What Makes this event different?
Georgetown Art & Wine Walk 2025 is a vibrant weekend event for art and wine lovers, set in the historic waterfront town of Georgetown, South Carolina—nestled where five rivers meet, between Charleston and Myrtle Beach. Following a successful inaugural year with over 3,600 visitors from across the Carolinas, the 2025 event features a juried fine art show with $300–$1,200 in prizes across 2D and 3D categories. Enjoy wine tastings, live music, interactive art installations, children’s art activities, a plein air and photography competition, and living art performances—all in one unforgettable weekend.

Copyright and all other rights remain that of artist creator. Where practicable any image used by GAWW shall carry the artist's credit line. Use may include publication in any GAWW media sponsor publication.
Image Usage Rights
Participant retains copyrights. All entrants understand that any image submitted to the competition may be used by GAWW for marketing and promotional purposes including in any media such as exhibitions, print, and digital media directly related to the GBA – GAWW competition, though there may not be monetary compensation.
Call For Entries for Artists and Photographers
The event this year happens September 13th and 14th on Front Street in the historic community of Georgetown, South Carolina. This is a charming & historic town that is located at the confluence of five rivers. This friendly community is on scenic Winyah Bay, north of Charleston and south of Myrtle Beach. Over $4,000 in cash awards are planned for artists and there will be a People's Choice Award voted on by guests over the weekend of the show. The event will include living art, pleinair and photo competitions, interactive art installations, plein air events, childrens'art activities, wine tastings, and musical entertainment. Our judges will select winners in 2D art and 3D art and will award 10 prizes ranging from $300 to $1200 . We seek visual artists whose work in a variety of media including but not limited to painting, drawing, sculpture, photography & digital art, represents the highest quality in design, materials, and workmanship. There will also be a non-juried art show and sale both days. Entries open on June 1st.
