• THEME:  Surrealism is a cultural movement that developed in Europe in the aftermath of World War I (approx. 1920) in which artists depicted unnerving, illogical scenes and developed techniques to allow the unconscious mind to express itself. (Wikipedia)  We are open to a wide range of interpretation.
• MEDIA:  All media will be considered. We consider ourselves a smallworks gallery.  For our purposes, that means most (not all) work is 11"x14" or smaller.  Your chances are better if your work falls within our normal size parameters; however, don't let size prevent you from entering.
• JURORS:  Your jurors will include Rachel Gibson (a mixed media artist & gallery director at The FORD Studios) & Jon Ives (a potter & artist-in-residence at The FORD Studios).
• SALES: The FORD Studios retains 35% commission and pays on or around the 20th of the month following the sale.
• ENTRY DEADLINE:  July 8, 2024
• ENTRY FEE:  There is no entry fee, nor any participation fee.  The only cost to artists is the shipping of accepted work to the gallery by July 15, 2024.
• SHOW RUN:  August 2 - 31, 2024
• RECEPTION:  Friday, August 2, 2024
