What Makes this event different?
This is an annual juried exhibit showcase of artwork from all over the state of California. MICA strives to highlight artists who are in all stages of their careers and the call to artists offers them a chance to compete for a number of awards, including the coveted solo show opportunity. This regional show will feature artwork from an extensive variety of mediums and explores creative movements happening in California.

This is the 36th Annual Made in California Juried Exhibition
April 24th – June 18th, 2021
Entry Deadline: February 18th, 2021
This call to artists is open to all living artists who are 18 and up residing in California. All submitted entries must be original, completed in the past three years, and not previously shown at the Brea Gallery. All mediums are welcome!
Over $2,200 in prizes are awarded annually. There is also a unique opportunity to win a solo exhibition.
Single entries are $20, while solo show submissions are $80 for a body of work (5 – 10 pieces).
