TERAVARNA is returns with the 13th ABSTRACT International Juried Art Competition, and so far, we have handed out more than $30,000 in cash prizes to our previous Abstract Art Competition winners. We host competitions on several other themes, including figurative, flower, color, landscape, etc. Our winners have built a fortified customer base by displaying their work to a global audience through our platform.

Call for Entries for Abstract Artwork

TERAVARNA is a sought-after gallery based in Los Angeles, California. The gallery organizes competitions on different themes every fortnight and artists from across the globe are invited to participate in the events to procure fame, glory, and recognition. 

For the 13th ABSTRACT International Juried Art Competition, we are inviting artists across the globe to showcase their artistry and blossoming creativity. Play with the lines, step into the non-representational, create a form of disarray, and pictorial boundaries with abstract art. We look forward to your innovative interpretation of the theme and weaving art on the canvas. Explore your horizons beyond your artistic threshold. This is an online art competition, which means, there isn’t a need for any physical submissions. Voila, we are saving you the hassle of shipping your artwork across oceans in this digital era. Artists across the globe can now take part in this competition by clicking a high-definition picture of your artwork, without any reflection of light or shadows hindering the image. Once you have clicked all the images, visit our official website to make the submissions. 

Seek the ultimate shot at interpreting the visual reality in a non-representational way, through colors, clay, canvases, and brushes in 2D and 3D forms. You can submit your artwork in any medium including paintings, sculptures, graphic art, fiber art, printmaking, digital art, mixed media, photography, and installations. The winners of the competition, including the runners-ups shall be in contention to win cash prizes of up to $3500, a certificate of recognition that marks their excellence, social media promotions, and a dedicated space in our annual artbook. 

The entry fee for the competition is $15 per artwork and artists can submit a maximum of 10 artworks per submission. If you wish to submit more, you can create a fresh submission for another 10 artworks and submit as many artworks as you wish. The deadline for the competition is 15 December, 2024.
