2021 will mark the 3rd annual Great Northern Art Explosion. 2019 offered $5,000 in awards, 2020 offered $8,000 in awards, and 2021 will offer $10,500 in awards.

This is the 3rd annual Great Northern Art Explosion which is an international open public art contest & exhibition that is held in downtown Grayling, Michigan, USA . The dates are August 28 - September 11. Artists will exhibit to the public for a chance to win $10,000+ in awards and sell their art. Open to most artists, mediums and themes (please read the rules on artexplosion.org for details).
