Art call for artists and photographers.
All artists from the UK & international artists are invited to apply for the Visual Art Open Prize. Win a cash prizes of £1,000, plus a solo exhibition, and a mentoring package. The primary goal of the awards is to reveal and promote unknown artists who have yet to establish their profile in the contemporary art world. Finalists will also be exhibited at Chester Arts Fair 2018.
There are 6 categories to enter: - Painting / Mixed Media / Printmaking - Illustration / Drawing - Sculpture - Photography – Digital - Young Artist (Under 24)
Entry fee cost is £15.00 per artwork submission.
The entry fee is reduced for entrants under 24 years old to £10.00
The overall winner of the VAO will receive a cash prize of £1,000.00 to support the production of new works, a Commercial mentoring package, Exclusive solo show, exhibition at Chester Art Fair
£250.00 will be awarded for each winning category
There are noo age restrictions. All artists are welcome to apply.
