The 1x Photo Awards is an annual photo competition run by 1x.com. Photos published on 1x are selected by professional curators. The competition is open to all photographers at all levels in the field. There are 12 different categories: Architecture, Abstract, Conceptual, Creative edit, Fine art nude, Documentary, Macro, Nature, Still life, Street, Landscape, and People.
The competition judge is Lois Lammerhuber who is also respsonsible for the prestigious Alfred Fried Photography Award.
